Shrimp

Our wide range of shrimp options are sourced from around the globe to ensure the most consistent quality, variety and value – and always in accordance with the highest food safety and sustainability practices.

Available in Raw and Cooked forms:

  • Pacific White Shrimp: The most popular species farmed in Asia and Central and South America. Named for the color of their shell, they have a delicate sweet flavor and tender moist texture.

  • Black Tiger Shrimp: Highly sought after species farmed in Asia. Named for the black stripes on their shells, they are known for their larger size and have a distinct sweet flavor and firm moist texture.

  • Wild White Shrimp: Wild caught in the Sea of Cortez, Mexico, where the clear tropical waters serve as a nutrient-rich ecosystem, resulting in a firm texture and sweet, bold flavor. They have a beautiful blue-gray color when raw, and a sweet but mild flavor and firm texture.

  • Wild Brown Shrimp: Wild caught in the Sea of Cortez, Mexico, where the clear tropical waters serve as a nutrient-rich ecosystem, resulting in a firm texture and sweet, bold flavor. They have an orange-brown color when raw and a dark red color when cooked, and are known for their sweeter flavor and firm texture.

Finfish

A premium range of wild caught and farm raised finfish, globally sourced to ensure year-round availability – perfect for all foodservice applications.

Available in Fillets, Portions and Steaks:

  • Haddock: Flaky mild tasting fish that can be prepared in a variety of ways

  • Swai: Mild tasting fish with a succulent, flakey texture and white color

  • Tilapia: Mild flavor and tender texture pairs well with flavorful spices

  • Salmon: Distinct rich flavor and firm, flakey texture

Crab

Wild caught, all natural crab that has been fully cooked with a little salt added to enhance its sweet fresh flavor and allow the unique characteristics of crab to come through.

In-Shell Legs & Claws: In-shell crab products feature our exclusive Star Cut™ method of scoring the shell along both sides of the legs and claws. This unique process of pre-cracking allows for easy removal of the shells and access to the delicious meat inside. No special cracking tools required.

  • King: A distinctly rich, sweet flavor; its meat is snowy white with red or orange edges and has a succulent firm texture.

  • Snow: A delicate, sweet flavor; its meat is snowy white and has a moist, tender texture.

  • Dungeness: A mild, slightly nutty flavor; its meat is creamy white with brown edges and a delicate, tender texture.

Meat: Our variety of species offers flexibility and versatility. Meat is hand-picked to ensure larger whole pieces and less broken, vacuum sealed to ensure optimal freshness and packed in separate layers of leg, body and claw meat.

Calamari

We offer a full range of calamari products that are designed to save time and labor. Our calamari is made from squid with superior flavor, color and texture. Products are fully cleaned and trimmed, yielding 100% usable product, and uniform sizing ensures even cooking and consistent appearance.

We believe meticulous handling and attention to detail are essential to delivering high quality seafood. Our breaded and battered products are no exception. Designed for easy preparation and the ultimate satisfaction, we use only premium quality material to deliver great taste and a genuine “made from scratch” appearance without the added preparation time.

Fish
Our wild caught, all natural, hand cut, Alaskan Cod and Pollock fillets are frozen at sea to lock in the fish’s natural fresh teste and texture. We then hand-bread each fillet with a unique fresh crumb coating or pub-style batter, for a savory, rich flavor, golden color and extra crispy texture.

Shrimp
Our succulent shrimp are hand-breaded or battered with unique coatings for a delicious taste and extra crispy texture. We offer a range of flavors (fresh crumb, coconut and tempura), styles and sizes for versatility and flexibility. Shrimp are completely breaded or battered by hand and fully prepared to save time and labor.

Calamari
Our tender, wild caught calamari is available in rings, strips or rings and tentacles. Hand-breaded with fresh, flavorful breadcrumbs for a flavorful taste and crispy texture or hand dusted with a savory, light and delicate coating. Uniform ring and strip size, and natural proportions of rings to tentacles ensures even cooking and a natural appearance.
