Office Manager


  • Oversee general office operations
  • Provide backup coverage for front desk, greeting visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Effectively handle a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby/kitchenette
  • Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock levels
  • Provide support for other office locations and remote staff
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with uploading files to SharePoint
  • Be our FedEx guru with a thorough understanding of both domestic and international shipments.
  • Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and receive incoming deliveries
  • Potential projects with the Billing Department
  • Perform other projects as needed by the business

This person will:

  • Reliable, punctual, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace


  • 2 – 3 years office experience answering multi-line phones
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, & SharePoint
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift, pull and/or carry objects of up to 20 pounds
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, some overtime as needed


  • High school degree, some college preferred
