Ingredients

  • 1 package MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp
  • 2 Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Chives or green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

To make

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes and pierce a few times with a fork or knife. Rub potatoes all over with olive oil. Place the potatoes on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender. When potatoes are tender, turn the oven off and leave them in the oven to keep them warm. Cook MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp according to package directions. Place cheese and green onions in a mixing bowl. When shrimp are done cooking, carefully add the shrimp and sauce to the cheese and green onion mixture. Mix until the cheese is melted. Cut potatoes in half and place on two plates. Divide the shrimp and cheese mixture evenly on top of the baked potatoes. Garnish with chives or sliced green onions. Serve and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

For an appetizer, bake baby potatoes, cut in half and top each individual half with a shrimp and sauce. Garnish with chives or sliced green onion.
