Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove burgers from pouch and pan-fry on one side for 5-6 minutes.
Flip the burgers over and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Break the salmon burgers up with a spatula and add the taco seasoning. Stir in seasoning while breaking up the burgers. Remove from heat.
Top each tortilla with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, salmon mix, tomato, salsa and fresh cilantro (if using). Serve immediately and enjoy.
Additional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, thinly sliced green onion. Enjoy with rice or refried beans.
