Cooking & preparation instructions

Sauce Packet: While product is cooking, thaw unopened sauce packet in a bowl of cold water. Serve with fish as is or pour sauce into a microwave safe containers and heat on HIGH for 10 – 15 seconds to serve warm.

Oven: Cook from Frozen

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Remove fish from all packaging and place on a lined baking sheet
  • Bake in center of oven for 16 – 18 minutes
  • Let stand for 1 – 2 minutes and serve with finishing sauce

Boil in Bag:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil
  • Place fillet in plastic pouch into water, ensuring fish is completely submerged
  • Allow water to return to a boil, boiling 6 minutes for 1 fillet or 8 minutes for 12 fillets
  • Carefully remove fish from water and then remove from plastic pouch; use caution, as contents will be hot
  • Serve immediately with finishing sauce

Microwave (1100 Watt):

  • Place fish in plastic pouch on a microwave safe plate; puncture pouch once
  • Microwave on HIGH for 3 – 4 minutes
  • Let fish rest in pouch for 1 minute
  • Carefully remove fish from packaging; use caution, as steam and sauce will be hot
  • Serve immediately with finishing sauce

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Internal temperature must reach 145°F.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
