Cooking & preparation instructions

Oven: Preferred Method – Cook from Frozen

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Remove fish from all packaging and place on a lined baking sheet
  • Bake in center of oven for 15 – 17 minutes
  • Let stand for 1 – 2 minutes before serving

Microwave (1100 Watt):

  • Place fish in plastic pouch on a microwave safe plate; puncture pouch once
  • Microwave on HIGH for 4 – 5 minutes
  • Let fish rest in pouch for 1 minute
  • Carefully remove fish from packaging; use caution, as steam and sauce will be hot
  • Serve immediately

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Internal temperature must reach 145°F.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
