Oven: Cook from Frozen

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C)
  • Place fish on a non-stick baking sheet
  • Bake in center of oven for 16 – 18 minutes, turning halfway through
  • Let stand for 2 – 3 minutes before serving

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
