What You’ll Need:
Small bowl
Medium skillet
Baking sheet
Aluminum foil
Cutting board

Optional Add-Ins: Add crushed red pepper and grated parmesan cheese.

What To Do:
PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F. Submerge unopened sauce packet in a bowl of water and place flatbread on counter to thaw. While the oven is heating, rinse shrimp under cold water and let drain in a colander for 2 minutes. Heat 1 tsp oil in a medium skillet over high heat. Add shrimp, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add spinach, stir an additional 1-2 minutes; drain excess liquid.

When the oven reaches 400°F, remove flatbread from packaging and place on a lined baking sheet dark side up. Divide and spread thawed sauce between flatbread. Top each with cheese, roasted tomatoes and onion. Using a pair of tongs, add the shrimp and spinach mixture to the flatbread.

BAKE the finished flatbread in the center of the oven for 12-15 minutes. Let sit for 1-2 minutes.

TO PLATE, transfer to a cutting board and cut into halves or quarters before serving. ENJOY!

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Internal temperature of shrimp must reach 165°F.
