Cooking & preparation instructions

Microwave: Cook from Frozen. Do not Cook in the Oven.
*Film will expand while cooking; this is normal.

• Remove label from tray - do not pierce or remove film
• Microwave on 70% power for 7—9 minutes
• Let stand for 1 minute; carefully remove film as steam may be hot.

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Cooking times are based on a 1200W microwave.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145°F. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
