Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce
Medley of bacon, green onion and red onion
What You’ll Need:
Optional Add-Ins: Chopped fresh cilantro!
What To Do:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F. While the oven is preheating, place the pouch of flatbread on the counter and the unopened BBQ sauce packet in a bowl of warm water to help thaw.
When the oven reaches 400°F, remove the flatbreads from the bag and place on a lined baking sheet dark side up. Divide and spread the thawed sauce between the flatbreads. Open the remaining pouches and top each flatbread with cheese, chicken, pineapple, bacon, green onion and red onion.
NEXT, bake the prepared flatbreads in center of oven for 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F with a meat thermometer. Let sit for 1-2 minutes.
TO PLATE, Transfer to a cutting board and cut into halves or quarters before serving. FOR A PERSONAL TOUCH, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
