Grill: Preferred Method

  • Preheat grill to medium-high; about 400°F (204°C)
  • Remove burgers from packaging and place on oiled grate
  • Grill for 16—18 minutes, turning halfway through

Pan Fry:

  • Preheat 1-2 tsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • Remove burgers from packaging and pan fry covered for 10—12 minutes, carefully turning burgers once or twice (use caution as oil may splatter)

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
  • Remove burgers from packaging and place on a lightly greased lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 17—19 minutes, turning halfway through

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
