DescriptionSo simple, yet so delicious! Patagonian Pink Raw, Easy-Peel Shrimp and sweet cherry tomatoes seasoned and grilled together are packed with juicy, sweet flavors in every bite.
- 1 lb Aqua Star Wild Patagonian Raw Shrimp, Easy-Peel, thawed according to package instructions
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ (5 oz) package cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers (or skewers of choice)
InstructionsSoak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to avoid catching fire.
While skewers are soaking, mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the shrimp and cherry tomatoes onto soaked skewers alternating between shrimp and tomatoes.
Preheat grill to 400℉ (medium-high heat) with the lid covered for 15 minutes. Place skewers on oiled grill and cook for 5—7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove skewers from grill, serve and enjoy!
