Ingredients

  • 1 lb Aqua Star Wild Patagonian Raw Shrimp, Easy-Peel, thawed according to package instructions
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ (5 oz) package cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers (or skewers of choice)

To make

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to avoid catching fire.

While skewers are soaking, mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide the shrimp and cherry tomatoes onto soaked skewers alternating between shrimp and tomatoes.

Preheat grill to 400℉ (medium-high heat) with the lid covered for 15 minutes. Place skewers on oiled grill and cook for 5—7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove skewers from grill, serve and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Recipe can be used with your favorite size of Aqua Star raw shrimp. For this recipe, we used size 16-20 shrimp/lb.

Shrimp cooked in the shell preserves it's sweet flavor and tender texture, but using peeled shrimp is also recommended.

Add a sprinkle of mint or basil leaves to add that herby flavor.
