Ingredients

  • 2 Aqua Star Pollock fillets, thawed according to package directions
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp blackened or Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Rinse thawed fish under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Brush fish with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning on both sides. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until browned on each side and an internal temperature of 145F.
