Beer-battered Alaskan cod and crispy French fries can bake in one convenient tray. - 1 (12 oz) box Aqua Star Beer-Battered Alaska Cod
- 3 cups frozen French fries (or fry of choice)
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh mint
InstructionsCook Crispy Beer-Battered Alaskan Cod and any fry of your choice according to package directions.
Place peas and water into a sauce pan and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain peas and add to a food processor. Add butter, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Add mint and pulse until well blended.
Serve along side beer-battered fish and chips and enjoy! Divide fish, fries and mashed peas among 4 plates.
