London calling! Our fast and simple take on the classic British fish & chips is the perfect dish for easy weekday dinners. Beer-battered Alaskan pollock and crispy French fries arrive ready to roast in one convenient package. Add some vibrant color and zest to this family-friendly dish with mashed peas and a dash of freshly chopped mint. Cheerio mates!

  • 1 (12 oz) box Aqua Star Beer-Battered Alaska Pollock
  • 3 cups frozen French fries
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh mint

To make


Cook pollock and fries according to package directions. Place peas and water into a sauce pan and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain peas and add to a food processor. Add butter, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Add mint and pulse until well blended. Divide fish, fries and mashed peas among 4 plates.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with beer or sparkling cider.
