Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) box Aqua Star Beer-Battered Alaska Pollock
- 3 cups frozen French fries
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh mint

Instructions
Cook pollock and fries according to package directions. Place peas and water into a sauce pan and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Drain peas and add to a food processor. Add butter, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Add mint and pulse until well blended.
Divide fish, fries and mashed peas among 4 plates.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with beer or sparkling cider.
