Ingredients

Remoulade Ingredients List:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp capers, drained
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cajun-Style Ingredients List:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Remoulade Preparation Instructions:
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, parsley, garlic, green onion, capers, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill thoroughly before serving.

Cajun-Style Dipping Sauce Preparation Instructions:
In a bowl combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and chill thoroughly before serving.

Serving Suggestions

Chill dipping sauces for 30 minutes and up to two days for best results. Sprinkle shrimp with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Don’t forget to put out a bowl for the shrimp tails.
