Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions (use the green portion)
  • 2 tbsp diced pimentos
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

To make

Instructions

Mix mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice and parmesan cheese in a medium size bowl until well mixed. Fold in the crab meat, green onions and pimentos. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a sprinkle of thinly sliced green onion.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
