Ingredients

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • ½ cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp finely minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Remoulade:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp cayenne hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp finely minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp capers, drained
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cajun-Style Cocktail Sauce:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Garlic Butter Sauce Instructions:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until fully melted. Add garlic, parsley, black pepper and salt. Cook until garlic is translucent, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and pour into a small bowl or butter warmer ramekin for dipping.

Remoulade Instructions:
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, parsley, garlic, green onion, capers & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper to taste and chill thoroughly before serving.

Cajun-Style Cocktail Sauce Instructions:
In a bowl combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce & garlic. Season with salt & pepper to taste and chill thoroughly before serving.
