Cooking & preparation instructions
Overnight Thaw: Remove crab from vacuum bag, place on a leak proof dish or tray, and refrigerate overnight. Crab should thaw within 18 hours. Drain excess water before using.
Prepare as desired.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw product at room temperature or accelerate thawing. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed product in refrigerator and use within 2 days.
