Oven: Cook from Frozen

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
  • Place fish on a non-stick baking sheet
  • Bake in centre of oven for 16 - 18 minutes, turning halfway through
  • Let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Although great care has been taken toremove all bones, some may remain. Cook to an internal temperature of 70°C (158°F).
