Overnight Thaw: For best results, remove crab from vacuum bag, place on leak proof tray and refrigerate at 38°F or less. Crab should thaw within 18 hours. Drain excess water before using. Do not thaw product at room temperature or accelerate thawing.
Prepare as desired.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed product in refrigerator and use within two days.
