Microwave: Cook from Frozen
*If thawed reduce cook time accordingly.

• Remove bowl from inner carton
• Peel back film halfway from bowl
• Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; stir
• Continue to microwave for an additional 2 minutes
• Let stand for 1 minute. Remove film carefully as steam may be hot

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Cooking times are based on a 1000W microwave.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145°F.
