Serve Chilled: Preferred Method
- Place bag on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight, or remove crab from packaging and place under cold water until thawed.
- Serve with melted butter or your favorite cocktail or dipping sauce
Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product; please take care not to over heat
- Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil
- Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for 4 – 6 minutes; if crab is frozen, steam for 6 – 8 minutes
Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and use within two days.
