DescriptionSalmon burgers are a great healthy alternative to red meat and made SO insanely delicious topped with fresh arugula, tomato, and a tangy lemon chive aioli. For an extra creamy bite, add sliced avocado. It's a weeknight meal you can feel good about.
- 1 package Aqua Star Salmon Burgers
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lemon chive aioli (recipe below)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 large avocado, sliced
Lemon Chive Aioli:
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh chopped chives
InstructionsTo make Lemon Chive Aioli, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside until ready to use.
Cook salmon burgers according to package directions.
To build burgers, spread aioli on each side of the hamburger buns and top with salmon burger, tomato, arugula and avocado slices. Serve and enjoy!
