Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Aqua Star Salmon Burgers
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lemon chive aioli (recipe below)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Arugula
  • 1 large avocado, sliced

Lemon Chive Aioli

  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped chives

To make

Instructions

Mix all ingredients for lemon chive aioli in a small bowl.
To build burgers:
Cook salmon burgers according to package directions. Spread aioli on each side of the hamburger buns and place the burgers on top of the bottom buns. Top each burger with tomato, arugula and avocado slices.
