There’s nothing better than a crab cake filled with sweet, delicious crab. And you won’t find any fillers here! Just pure crabmeat with a hint of seasoning and seared to perfection. This simple dish can be eaten on its own, as a topping on a salad or turned into a gourmet sandwich.
2 slices firm white sandwich bread torn into small pieces
8 oz Aqua Star Crab Meat, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for butter in a large bowl. Mix gently but thoroughly, then form into 4 patties (about 3” in diameter).
Heat butter in a 12” heavy skillet over medium heat until foam subsides, then cook crab cakes, turning once, until golden brown, about 6 minutes total.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with lemon wedges, tartar sauce or a citrus vinaigrette. Serve over a salad with citrus vinaigrette. Make a sandwich with a bun, tartar sauce, lettuce, tomato, thinly sliced red onion and avocado.
