  • 1 cup white rice, cooked according to package directions
  • One 1.5 lb bag Aqua Star Butterfly Coconut Shrimp, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

To make


Arrange the cooked rice on a large plate and top with coconut shrimp. Drizzle 1 package of sweet chili sauce over the shrimp and pour the other packet in a ramekin to serve on the side. Sprinkle the top of the shrimp and rice with the green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
