  • 2 cups Aqua Star Crab Meat, drained
  • 3 avocados, halved and diced into 1/4” pieces, then mashed slightly
  • 4 tbsp citrus vinaigrette dressing

For Dressing:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 orange – cut in 1/2 and all of the juice squeezed out
  • 1 grapefruit – cut in 1/2 and all of the juice squeezed out
  • 1 lemon – cut in 1/2 and all of the juice squeezed out
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced shallot

To make


For Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients (except oil) until well blended. While still whisking, drizzle in oil a little at a time until all of the oil is incorporated. In a large bowl, mix crab meat and avocados. Toss with dressing to coat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.

Serve with pita or tortilla chips, or even use to top a salad.
