Succulent shrimp in a garlic butter sauce with baby spinach and red lentil spaghetti. Simple, healthy and oh so delicious!
- 1 package MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp
- 3 oz red lentil spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the red lentil spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, cook MicroSteam® a la Carte Garlic Butter Shrimp according to package directions. When done, toss the cooked spaghetti with the butter, spinach, parmesan cheese, and cooked shrimp and sauce. Divide between two plates and sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
