  • 1 package MicroSteam® al la Carte Lemon Herb Sole
  • ½ pound baby potatoes, cut in half
  • ½ pound asparagus spears, trimmed
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To make


Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the potatoes in a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss until well coated. Transfer to a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes. Halfway through baking flip the potatoes and add asparagus drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are golden and asparagus is tender. While the potatoes and asparagus are cooking, cook the MicroSteam® al la Carte according to package directions. Divide the potatoes and asparagus between two plates and top with the lemon herb sole and sauce. Enjoy!
