Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chopped mint
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely diced seedless cucumber, skin removed
  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 cup Aqua Star Crab Meat, thawed and drained
  • juice from 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Place mixture on a large serving plate or bowl and serve.
