Ingredients

  • 1 package MicroSteam® al la Carte Miso Brown Sugar Wild Alaskan Pollock
  • 3 oz soba noodles, uncooked
  • ¼ cup carrots, shredded
  • ¼ red bell pepper, julienned
  • ¼ of a large cucumber, julienned
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

To make

Instructions

Cook the soba noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, cook the pollock per package directions. Toss the soba noodles with the remaining ingredients and divide among two plates. Carefully pour the miso brown sugar sauce from the pollock tray over the noodle salad and top with the fish. Serve and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

To add a little extra heat, drizzle with sriracha sauce.
