Packed with flavor and filled with texture. You’ll be surprised how tasty these veggie filled wraps are. Our Popcorn Shrimp add a savory crunch and the creamy, smooth ranch brings it all together for a flavorful explosion with each bite.
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup water
- ½ package Aqua Star Popcorn Shrimp
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 small broccoli crown, small florets only, finely chopped
- 1 small head of romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 – 8” tortillas, warmed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Bake Popcorn Shrimp according to package directions.
While shrimp are baking, make the ranch dressing by combining the ranch packet, yogurt, sour cream, and water in a small bowl. Whisk the dressing until smooth and set it aside.
Prepare the remaining ingredients and make an assembly line. Into each wrap use, 2—3 Tbsp ranch dressing, then pile up the remaining ingredients evenly on each wrap, making sure to place the majority of them on one half of the tortilla (this makes wrapping them up much easier).
When the wraps are full, fold each one like a burrito and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Get the kids involved! The more chopping they do the more veggies they are likely to eat. Plus, assembling your own wrap makes eating it all the more fun. Lay on the ranch and bacon if it suits your fancy.
