MAKE IT A SIDE OR A MAIN DISH. Pasta salad with shrimp and fresh tomatoes with whole wheat pasta. Great for summer cook-outs and parties of all sizes.

  • 1 box whole wheat pasta, any small pasta shape you like
  • 12 oz Aqua Star Cooked Shrimp, peeled, tail off
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

To make


Cook pasta according to package directions. After draining the pasta, rinse with cold water until cool. While pasta is cooking, thaw shrimp according to package directions and set aside. In a large bowl mix together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add in the pasta, shrimp, tomatoes, and cheese. Gently mix. Chill until ready to serve.

Keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
