Roll out pizza dough and cover in basil pesto.
Top pizza with mozzarella, bell peppers, tomatoes, and shrimp.
Cook pizza on high heat (500°F) until peppers are browning and the crust is crispy (approximately 10–15 minutes).
Finish pizza with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt & pepper to taste.

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread. Also pairs nicely with a crisp Pinot Gris!
