Ingredients

Nuoc Cham Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 ½ Tbsp cup rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Thai chili pepper, thinly sliced

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 2 Aqua Star Wild Alaskan Cod Burgers
  • ½ cup sugar snap peas, cleaned and trimmed
  • ½ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup carrot strips
  • ¼ cup pea sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, minced

To make

Instructions

To make the Nuoc Cham dressing, dissolve the sugar into warm water. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, stirring to combine.

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.

While the rice is cooking, cook the cod burgers, according to package directions.

While the burgers are cooking, bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan, add the snap peas and boil for 3 minutes. Add the carrots and boil for 1 minute.

When the rice, burgers and vegetables are ready, assemble two bowls, dividing the rice, vegetables, and burgers. Drizzle sauce over the top and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Add lime wedges for more tang or Thai chilis for extra heat.
