Cooking & preparation instructions

Lobster can be served warm or chilled, with melted lemon butter.

Serve Chilled: Preferred method
Thaw in bag overnight in the refrigerator. Or remove lobster from bag, place in colander under cold running water for 20 - 30 minutes.

Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product. Heating instructions apply for those who enjoy their lobster served warm. Do not over heat.

Steam: Fill bottom of a large pot with water. Bring water to a boil. Place lobster in steam basket and steam over boiling water for about 7 - 9 minutes if thawed and 12 - 16 minutes if frozen.

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Safe Handling

Do not refreeze thawed lobster. Once thawed store in refrigerator and use within two days.
