Overnight Thaw: Pierce pouch, place on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Quick Thaw: Place sealed pouch under cold running water for 30—40 minutes or until thawed. Remove pouch and serve or refrigerate immediately.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze thawed lobster. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. While effort has been made to remove shell from this product, some shell may remain.
