Skillet: Cook from Frozen
- Preheat a non-stick skillet and 1 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
- Add seafood to skillet and sauté for 7 - 8 minutes, stirring often; drain excess liquid after cooking
- Season to taste and serve
Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed product in refrigerator and use with 24 hours.
Squid, Cooked Mussels, Octopus, Shrimp, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture).
