Cooking & preparation instructions

Thawing: Pierce bag and thaw overnight in bag in refrigerator, or place sealed bag under cold water until thawed.

Sauté: Preferred Method
• In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 - 2 tsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM heat; season portion with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or as desired
• Sauté for 6 - 8 minutes per side; serve immediately

Oven:
• Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
• Place portion on a non-stick baking sheet and brush with olive oil or melted butter and sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or as desired
• Bake uncovered in the center of the oven for 17 - 18 minutes; let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving

Grill:
• Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat and lightly oil grill surface
• Lightly oil fish and season with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or as desired
• Place portion on lightly oiled grill surface and cook for 12 - 16 minutes, flipping portion halfway through cooking; let stand for 2 - 3 minutes before serving

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed fish in the refrigerator and use within 2 days. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145°F.
