Our Tempura Shrimp Ramen dish can be made in just 25 minutes. That makes it a can’t miss, delicious meal for quick weekday dinners. Shrimp tempura is baked until crunchy, while the ramen noodles boil until soft and chewy. Simply toss in the ramen spice and add a few handfuls of baby spinach for a pop of color. Serve noodle bowls with shrimp tempura on top, and garnish with green onions and a drizzle of sweet soy sauce.

- 1 – 10.2oz box Aqua Star Tempura Shrimp
- 6 cups of water
- 3 - 3oz packages of Ramen Noodle Soup
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Cook tempura shrimp according to directions on package. Meanwhile, bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium to large size pot. When tempura shrimp are finished cooking, add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, or according to time on the package. When the noodles are finished cooking, add the ramen seasoning and stir until dissolved. Turn off the heat and add spinach. Divide noodles and broth among soup bowls, top with sliced green onions, tempura shrimp and drizzle the top with the tempura sweet soy sauce.
If desired, add other toppings to the noodles such as sliced carrots, sliced bok choy or any of your favorite veggies.
