Cooking & preparation instructions

Thawing: Place in refrigerator and thaw overnight, or remove product from bag and thaw in a colander under cold running water. Drain well and use.


  • Preheat a non-stick skillet and 1 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
  • Add calamari to skillet and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes, or until fully cooked
  • Season to taste and serve with dipping sauce of your choice.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze if thawed. Store thawed calamari in refrigeratorand use within 24 hours.
