Cooking & preparation instructions
Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in the refrigerator or remove product from bag and thaw in a colander under cold running water. Drain well before use.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet and 1 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
- Add calamari to skillet and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes, or until fully cooked
- Season to taste with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
