Cooking & preparation instructions

Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in the refrigerator or remove product from bag and thaw in a colander under cold running water. Drain well before use.


  • Preheat a non-stick skillet and 1 - 2 Tbsp of olive oil or butter over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
  • Add calamari to skillet and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes, or until fully cooked
  • Season to taste with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. Once thawed, store in refrigerator and use within two days.
