Cooking & preparation instructions

Sauce Packet: Thaw unopened sauce packet in a bowl of warm water.

Skillet: Preferred Method – Cook from Frozen
• Preheat a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat
• Add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
• Add rice, vegetables, chorizo, seafood, seasoning packet, and 1/4 cup of water; cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
• Let stand for 1 – 2 minutes before serving

Microwave:
• Add rice, vegetables, chorizo, seafood, and seasoning packet into a microwave safe bowl
• Stir and cover
• Cook for 5 minutes on HIGH heat; stir and continue to cook covered on HIGH heat for 3 minutes
• Use caution when removing from the microwave, as bowl will be hot
• Let stand for 1 – 2 minutes before serving

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed shrimp. Store thawed shrimp in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Shrimp are cooked when flesh is completely white and firm to the touch.
