Serve Chilled: Preferred Method
- Place bag on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Or, remove crab from bag and place in colander under cold water for 7—10 minutes or until thawed.
- Serve with melted butter or your favorite cocktail or dipping sauce
Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product; please take care not to over heat
- Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil
- Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for 4—6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 6—8 minutes.
