Cooking & preparation instructions

Deep Fry:

  • Cook from Frozen
  • Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C)
  • Fill fryer basket not more than half full
  • Fry for 2 - 2 ½ minutes

Skillet:

  • Preheat ½ inch of cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F (180°C)
  • Fry calamari for 2 - 2 ½ minutes, turning frequently

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
