Deep Fry: Cook from Frozen
• Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C)
• Fill fryer basket not more than half full
• Fry for 2 ½ - 3 minutes

• Preheat ½ inch of cooking oil in a skillet to 350°F (180°C)
• Fry scallops for 2 ½ - 3 minutes, turning frequently

Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.

Safe Handling

Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
