Serve Chilled: Preferred Method
- Place bag on a leak proof dish and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Or, remove crab from bag and place in a colander under cold water for 7—10 minutes or until thawed.
- Serve with melted butter or your favorite cocktail or dipping sauce
Serve Warm: This is a fully cooked product; please take care not to over heat
- Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil
- Place thawed crab in steam basket and steam over boiling water for 4—6 minutes. If frozen, steam for 6—8 minutes.
Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed crab. Store thawed crab in refrigerator and use within two days.
